SPX Command provides stock price alerts, technical level notifications, market data visualization, and AI-assisted analytics for users who choose to monitor U.S. equities, ETFs, and index instruments. Alerts may be delivered via SMS, push notification, or in-app message. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
The Service does not provide investment advice. Nothing produced by the Service — including signals, alerts, AI-generated analysis, scoring outputs, charts, or any other content — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or personalized financial guidance of any kind. The Service is an analytical and educational tool; all trading decisions are made exclusively by the user based on the user's own independent judgment.
The Service is not registered as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, is not a registered broker-dealer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and does not hold any securities license.
Past performance of any signal, model, or strategy displayed is not indicative of future results. The Service does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or loss.

If you opt in to SMS alerts, the Service may send SMS messages to your registered mobile number via Twilio. Message frequency: 0–20 messages per day depending on market conditions and system events.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any alert message. No further messages will be sent after a STOP reply until you opt in again.
To request assistance, reply HELP to any alert message. You will receive information about the service and contact details.
Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive SMS messages are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Access to the Service requires an authorized account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@spxcommand.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Market data, signal accuracy, and system uptime are not guaranteed. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service, its operators, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any signal, alert, or AI-generated output, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including brokerage platforms (such as Charles Schwab), SMS delivery (Twilio), analytics (PostHog), and AI providers (Anthropic). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining compliant accounts with each provider you connect.
All content, software, designs, and analytical methodologies of the Service are owned by the Service and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 4, 8, 9, and 11) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
